A 357,200-square-foot office fit-out at the MetLife Building was reviewed by Costrak Consulting on behalf of MetLife through Stuart-Lynn. Costrak first provided an independent construction cost estimate and was later retained to review change orders, project management practices, and the causes of project cost overruns by analyzing documentation, meeting with project teams, and verifying change order pricing.
