The project is a newly constructed west conservatory, renovations and expansion of the administration building, renovation of the potting shed, expansion of the heating plant, renovation of the lower reception suite and renovations and expansion of the west plaza, waterlily court, bonsai arcade, parking lots, north service entrance and restrooms.
