This project consists of flood protection and site infrastructure improvements at the NYC Health + Hospitals Coler Hospital campus, including flood walls, berms, gates, landscaping, parking, and access enhancements. Costrak Consulting provided value engineering services to support budget, performance, and quality objectives.
